Lately, I’ve been on a skincare kick and have been trying to incorporate different brands. One brand that I am craving currently, is Tatcha. Tatcha is known for its luxurious packaging and great results. In the past, I have tried the Tatcha Silk Canvas Primer and the Tatcha Deep Cleanse. I absolutely LOVED The Deep Cleanse , but never got around to re-purchasing since I have been loving the Tula Purifying Face Cleanser.
Since stores haven’t been open for me to test out new products, I decided I would put together a list of I wish to purchase in the future ( AKA when the quarantine is over.)
The Kissu Lip Mask: No matter what time of the day it is, nor where I’m going, if I am going to apply gloss to my lips, then I must apply a lip mask FIRST. A lot of days, I skip exfoliating my lips with a scrub and instead will just use my makeup cloth to “exfoliate”. Usually my lips turn red and irritated, so I always make sure to apply a mask to add moisture back to my lips and mask some of the redness. I’ve also noticed that my lips also look plump when adding a lip mask, and plump lips always look bomb with gloss!
The Camellia Gold Spun Lip Balm: Okay, I’m going to be honest now. I typically don’t use lip balm, as I prefer a lip mask. But I was so attracted to this packaging plus it isn’t the best idea to keep a lip mask in your purse since you run the risk of it opening and making a mess. I have been looking for a lip balm that isn’t sticky and brightens up my lips a bit since I suffer from hormonal hyperpigmentation on my upper lip. This would definitely be a splurge and I’m actually expecting it to perform as a standard lip balm, but perhaps I may be wrong.
The Liquid Silk Canvas: As I stated earlier, I have tried the Tatcha Silk Canvas Primer and loved it, but I loved the idea of it coming in liquid form even more. Sometimes having a container that you are constantly dipping your fingers in can become unsanitary. The new Liquid Silk Canvas comes with a pump so you can just pump it directly onto your face.
The Rice Polish – Classic: For a while now, I have been searching for a gentle exfoliate since my skin is so sensitive. This product claims to smooth your skin while also cleansing your pores, which is a plus. I’m hoping that this product is rosacea-friendly since I’m trying to find products that won’t enhance my redness.
The Water Cream: I honestly can’t think of a moisturizer that I love. I usually just use sunscreen as my moisturizer (don’t judge me), but my skin has been dying for more moisture lately. I have heard most beauty “gurus” rave about this product, so I definitely want to try soon!
The Essence: I haven’t fully invested the effort to completing the Korean 10-Step Skin Care, but I am close! The one thing that I always forget to incorporate is an essence. Supposedly, essence aids in product absorption, but this specific one, also smooths and resurfaces.
